Rental Fee Includes: 1. Professional security guard(s) for 4 hours (1-2, $30/hr) - Renter must pay $30/hr after 4 hours 2. Bartending (2, $50 each) 3. Liability Insurance ($100) Rental Fee Does Not Include: 1. Decorating the day prior to the event ($150 if there is not a scheduled event) Renter Responsibility: 1. Cleaning tables 2. Picking loose items up off the floor 3. Emptying trash cans and placing them in dumpster 4. If kitchen is used (parishioners only), it must be cleaned (sweep, mop, wipe countertops, etc.) 5. Vacating the premisis within one hour after event ends Additional Information: 1. Alcohol is allowed but must be behind the bar and may not be taken outside 2. Professional cleaning may be available for an additional charge
